Shipping Options come with a Tracking Number, which is emailed to your when your items are shipped. Occasionally, we'll also offer Free Delivery, to be the first to know when, sign up to our Newsletter here.

Please note: All shoes will be removed from their boxes, but will be carefully wrapped.

Domestic Shipping

All Deliveries to Australian Addresses will be processed quickly and sent via Australia Post.

Refunds & Exchanges

At LOLA G Fashion & Homewares, we aim to please. However we understand that sometimes buying online can be a bit tricky. If your order arrives and does not fit, we will be happy to refund or exchange. The item/s must be returned to us in their original, unused condition within 7 days. They must be carefully packed to avoid damage.

What to do when you need to return your goods?

  1. Email us at with your name, order number, item you wish to return and reason for return. If you require a replacement size, please let us know what size you need.
  2. Once we have received your Return Request, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation and return mail address. Please do not send us your goods until you have received the Return Authorisation.
  3. You will be required to pay for the return postage. We strongly recommend having your parcel tracked, so it can be returned to us quickly and safely. Once we have received the return, we will issue you with either a Refund or Replacement.

Important: Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds when you change your mind, but may offer an exchange or Store Credit (once goods are returned to us in their original condition as above). Store Credits are only valid for 3 months after Original Purchase.
Very Important: Sale items are usually the last of their stock, so we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on any sale items.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to send us a photo of the fault so we can approve the return quickly. Once approved, we will issue a credit and arrange for the item to be returned.
